ABOUT

Engineering for Environmental Sustainability and International Cooperation (EESIC) is a new Erasmus Mundus Design Measures (EMDM) project coordinated by the University of Trento (Italy), with the participation of Instituto Superior Técnico Lisboa (Portugal) and Universitat Politècnica de València (Spain).

AIMS

Preparing a 2-year (120 ECTS) international joint Master’s programme eligible to apply for Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters (EMJM) funding, including scholarships for excellent students worldwide.

Creating a new profile of graduates combining a strong engineering background with interdisciplinary and global competencies (open mindset, problem-solving attitude, intercultural understanding, management of complex problems).

Building a hub in Europe and in the world, together with selected Associate Partners, for the topics of sustainability in environmental engineering in the context of international cooperation.
